How useful is this! What every charity or non profit chair really needs, even if they realise it ..

Everyone involved in the steady, hard, imaginative work that has led to this should be feeling proud of themselves, recognising that dreams can come true sometimes.

This is so neat. Based on our human preference for talking things through, especially when it's difficult, we feel unsure or can't see a way forward on something particular. An opportunity to share with someone who understands can be simply invaluable.
