Extremely disappointed in OUTsurance , over 10 years a client, have called over 6 times in the last 4 months & they still can't make good on their promises. Would hate to go to the ombudsman but am left with no choice

Unacceptable service from Yuppiechef if you can't deliver in 7-14 days as promised, don't put that on your website. Rather say 21-30 days. If that is even possible. I ordered 1 item, it's not like a million items you needed to source

How does one get hold of Absa South Africa insurance? Logged a claim Fri morning for home owners insurance as the db board has blown, 24 hrs later, still no contact, offices are closed on weekends? No electricity with a baby, do we have to wait until Mon?

Furious with Discovery Travel, booked flights for 2023, made a mistake selecting one-stop instead of direct, +- R200 fee difference, but additional 9 hours travelling with 2 toddlers. Discovery Vitality wants over R20k to rectify it, how? Makes no sense
