I made crema Mexicana in the instant pot. I didn’t have cream, so I used whole milk plus some Nido powdered milk, and a scoop of crema. Fermented 24 hours (to very thick). Wow! It is sweet, but more the tang of sour cream. I need to try making it with cream 😁. Very easy.

I made fried rice with spam today (my only spam recipe), garnished with sriracha. Using 1 cup rice cooked with 2 cups water & half a can of spam. For less than $3 this makes a whole day of food at about 1250 calories. Chicken is cheaper.
