Very interesting result. Not sure what the mechanism might be, as many people pointed out steady state seems to be achieved pretty rapidly. Perhaps some circadian-dependent immediate-early signaling bias in T cells or other immune cells?

We r now in the exponential growth phase of regulatory sequence design papers .... that all aim to design seqs. that for 3 trivially distinguishable cell-lines cuz the first papers in this area did that. Plz develop models that go beyond the ridiculously trivial tasks. PLEASE

I get that the Trump-Elon breakup is fun to watch, but folks, what we (in our wee bio-corner of the world) really want is Trump to break up with RFK Jr.

If you actually believed this then you'd be morally bankrupt for working at a company looking to make it happen. That leaves only a few actual reasons for saying something like this: 1) You believe you're a part of the few, specially chosen, wise people who should have this

One of the worst elements of the trump phenomenon is how the left just blindly runs in the opposite direction on every issue, often times right off a cliff. The Iranian regime is pure evil. The mental gymnastics you must perform to hold any liberal values and support them...

It’s so weird being Iranian right now, scrolling through my feed and seeing all my fellow Iranians praying for freedom, and seeing every white leftist & terror sympathizer praying the oppressor wins… “for humanity.”

It's unacceptable for policing to look like this in America. This should both frighten and outrage anyone who wants the US to remain a free society.

I would have given a kidney for this guide 3-4 years ago. I’m thrilled that it exists now and that I was able to make a tiny contribution. Amazing work Andy Coravos & Rachel Katz!
