The most impactful presentation at #ISTH2023 (in my opinion) was given by Rucha Patil from Mumbai in India. In a small study with short follow-up she described the effective use of low dose emicizumab and found it as effective as full dose. They actually used half dose emi.

Rucha Patil described the use of low dose emicizumab in India (3mg/kg/monthly). They treated 10 patients with severe #hemophilia A and no inhibitors. Despite the fact that all the patients had target joints, the Annual Bleed Rate was zero. #ISTH2023 This is incredibly important
