Cool method from Jason Ernst Lab CMImpute to predict DNA methylation across species #rsgdream2023


Excited to say my preprint presenting CMImpute, a method to perform cross-species DNA methylation imputation, is out! Jason Ernst Lab biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

This paper, a collaboration with Chongyuan Luo, Jason Ernst, reports that mutations affecting methylation have a greater effect when occurring in higher CpG densities than in lower. cell.com/cell-genomics/…
