Ava Walters from Bishop Brossart High School is the Northern Kentucky/Indiana Girls Track & Field athlete of the year at the 2025 Enquirer High School Sports Awards (#cincyhssa).

Our last Roses for Ava Walters. It’s pretty emotional but I wish I had taken video. She was balling out and was a menace all weekend. One more UA session and then the end of season tourney. What a journey it’s been. I’m not ready for it to be over.
