Starting my day with a 4:30 kick ass workout at Planet Fitness to come out to this sky. Time to continue kicking ass

Matt Wallace One of the best moments ever in the Olympics

Thank you Utz Snacks for the Grandma Kettle Style crust for tonight’s chicken tender dinner. Mmmmmmm, good.

I’m at the Baltimore County Courts Building in Towson, where David Linthicum, 25, of Cockeysville, is set to stand trial in the shootings of two Baltimore County Police Department officers. Here’s what you need to know: tinyurl.com/2ywpu4dx (The Baltimore Banner)

What's a kid to do when they are trying to choose between Star Wars and Spider-Man when participating in the #halloween2024 parade at the Penn State Health Children's Hospital? Easy -- be a Spider-Trooper. Easily my favorite costume on my favorite day of the year.

Hey James Franklin -- Did you see that our buddy, Gannon is the Children's Miracle Network Hershey 2025 Miracle Champion? WE KNOW HIM!!!

I can't be more proud and impressed by these students from Penn State at #THON2025, who pour every bit of energy to help these Four Diamonds children forget, even for a few days, that they are battling something that many of us will never understand.

There are very few assignments that I cover that are as emotional as Penn State College of Medicine Match Day. So proud of these 4th year medical students, who, on #match25, were matched up with their residency, on their next step of living their lives in service of others.

My favorite thing about the visits from James Franklin and the Penn State Football team to our staff and patients at Penn State Health Children's Hospital is that is means as much to the team as it does to us.

I heard that Joseph Y. Clark is retiring or reducing his hours from Penn State Urology. I'd be sad, but I'm pretty sure he won't cutting back his hours in taking photos during my team photo sessions for Penn State Health, so I'll still get my Dr. Clark "dueling cameras" time.
