Affordable housing has been a priority since Day 1. Recognizing this need the BMA has approved a 2nd round of vacant city lot sales, with proceeds going to the Affordable Housing Trust Fund. This supports new housing, boosts the AHTF, and adds valuable property to the tax rolls.

Great weekend underway here in the Queen City! Phish Concerts, charity events, ribbon cuttings, Fisher Cats are playing, the bars, restaurants and hotels are all full, I hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine!

Another successful Campaign Sunday talking to folks, knocking on doors, and getting our signs up! I even got to stop in to wish this young lady a very happy 85th birthday!
