It’s so fucked up how 9-5s are really like 7-7s because of commutes and prep/de-stress periods, like even the whole day before is ruined because you’re worrying about work the next day… and after transforming your whole life like that, you only get paid for 8 of those hours.

It’s official. Today, a bill which absolves NYC tenants from paying the landlord’s broker fee is now law. It was a huge, long fight and this ending is an incredible victory for tenants.

You know what would save a fortune? Not building a redundant parking lot when there's already 7,000 spots around OP, along with GO, TTC and Ontario Line! Not building a MegaSpa would also save taxpayers $2.2 billion! thetrillium.ca/municipalities… #topoli #onpoli

I can’t draw but I think that the distinction between walking and prayer could be reconsidered. I believe that walking, particularly beneath a tree canopy on a spacious city sidewalk or rugged trail is absolutely a prayer. I always experience deep divinity & gratitude when

The beautiful River Plym entering the important shellfish waters of the Plym Estuary, whence they flow into the Plymouth Sound Marine "Protected" Area. The value of these waters to wildlife might make you think every step would be taken to prevent their pollution... 🧵1/12

Over the first 4 days of service, Ottawa’s O-Train Lines 2 and 4 saw over 68,000 riders, or 17,000 riders per day (with 400 per day using the Line 4 airport link). Not a bad start for a brand new rail service, and I expect this number to grow over time. ottawa.ctvnews.ca/more-than-68k-…

The Smith family owns 600 acres of land, which has been passed down since the 1920s. A superior court judge recently ruled that a railroad company could seize their property. They are now appealing the decision to the Georgia Supreme Court. capitalbnews.org/georgia-family…

The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers. He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations. It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment.
