Raising the tail in #PancreaticCancer survival starts with successful R0 resection and completion of adjuvant therapy. ~50 months median survival in R0 patients receiving adjuvant Gemcitabine plus Capecitabine. An alternative for those patients not eligible for mFOLFIRINOX.
