As the JYL, we express our deep dissatisfaction with the National Youth Council Uganda leadership. The attached letter highlights the NYC's bias, portraying it as an extension of the ruling NRM party. The NYC must serve all youth, irrespective of political affiliation. Jacob Eyeru

It's disappointing to see you dismiss our concerns with arrogance. Our stance remains clear: the NYC must represent all youth, not just the ruling party. Your response only underscores the bias we're fighting against. We demand fair and inclusive leadership.

Chair, using the NYC letterhead to advance NRM interests is a clear sign of bias and exclusivity. The POMA is about maintaining order, not endorsing partisanship. NYC must uphold its duty to represent all youth fairly, regardless of political affiliation.

In response Jacob Eyeru’s letter, we demands the National Youth Council to address and eliminate partisan bias. Inclusivity, rights, and democratic values must be upheld for all young Ugandans. Let's ensure National Youth Council Uganda serves everyone impartially.
