I've had a busy couple of weeks signing copies of LARK AND THE WILD HUNT, doing virtual talks, and sorting out some medical stuff (which is "complicated but likely nothing to worry about yet"). Now it's time to write a new book! ...or try to, anyway. #secretprojects

LARK AND THE WILD HUNT comes out in the UK tomorrow and I am *so* thrilled to think about my thorny, twisty, tricky story crossing the ocean. I've also found out it's going to be translated, which is a HUGE author dream of mine. (I'll announce more when I can).🌲🐎🦋🦌🍄🌙⏳🗝️🌲

I don't like illusions and am especially unfond of false hope so I'm glad the Big Important Book People have been saying things out loud and on the record of late. No surprise the closer you get to an industry's "head" the more removed you find yourself from its hands and heart.
