Antibiotic Steward Bassam Ghanem 🅱️C🆔🅿️🌟 Brad Spellberg I agree with Jonathan Ryder, MD--in the end my thoughts are treat until surgical debridement is complete, but provide adequate abx duration for cellulitis, bacteremia, or other infections.
