Today Torbay & South Devon NHS Podiatry had our wellbeing day. We did some indoor VR art, bomb diffusing and focusing on communication. Whilst half did this, the other half undertook a treasure hunt and different tasks, including Qigong. Despite the weather, everyone had a good time
