Davidai is again misrepresenting the outcome of Columbia University’s harassment investigation. On the left is the letter sent to one of his student accusers. On the right is his claim of being found “innocent.”

I met with Columbia’s Office of Institutional Equity yesterday. They confirmed that the harassment investigation was terminated because Davidai left. He continues to lie that he was exonerated, when all he did was quit to evade judgment.

The Columbia OIE staff member I met with also said that this was the first faculty harassment case with this many complainants. Former President Shafik had testified that there were over 50 complaints against Shai Davidai. He is a serial harasser with a victim complex.

This is must read. It discusses moral obligations of Jews with respect to the genocide and I completely agree. Jews do not bear collective responsibility for the genocide - that is the very logic that leads to genocide. But all of us have a responsibility to speak out.
