Thanks for the write up on our work with VMXm Beamline STRUBIOxford Jonathan Grimes . This was a tough one to solve and one of the hardest targets from CASP15. Interestingly, the new AF3 doesn't generate a model good enough to solve.

cryoEM experts, I have a peptide sample prepared in ~100 mM Dodecylphosphocholine. The peptide forms an array that we'd like to look at for a single particle project. Neg-stain looks good. Any suggestions on how best to prepare these grids?
