Well a bitter sweet moment when 4 years of great work comes to an end. Storm Emma and (Dr.) Jerry Clancy did me massively proud today by successful defending their thesis(s) doctors both and well deserved 👏.
We were delighted to take part in the DCU Access Open Day! (Dr.) Jerry Clancy gave an engaging presentation on how our work affects everyone, and the important role of microscopy. Then Jerry and Gemma Davis engaged the students in an interactive pollen identification session!
We were going to train our Swisens AG Poleno with the pollen atomizer today, but maybe we will wait until it's not snowing so much! Great views from the Met Eireann pyramid this morning thanks Storm Emma #sneachta
