It is not easy to fix the historical mistake to let cars dominate public space. But #Catharijnesingel (Utrecht) shows that cities can heal from the inflicted wounds.

Yesterday was my last day of working at Google. Perhaps this comes as surprise to you twitter folks, as I haven't widely announced that I left academia to try something new. Here's what I learned in 9 months as a Data Analyst who (temporarily) left Astronomy for Big Tech. 1/n

You know you have a mainstream cycling culture when this is how helmets and hi-viz are used around young children.๐Ÿ‘ทโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ท Meet the worlds happiest traffic controller: Johan Zandvliet from Zwolle.

By continuing to have separate biology and sociocultural plenary sessions at eating disorders conferences, are we simply perpetuating a false dichotomy? It's an "AND" people, not an "OR"! We need less polarization and more integration & collaboration!
