U15’s Poynton Reds v Chinley FC (away) What a game! 2-0 down after 10 mins. 4-3 at HT. Tide turned and it was a stunning performance! Relentless we were! Final score 6-9 Goals Taylor 7 Andrews 1 Green 1 Whole team brilliant!

Poynton Reds U18 beat Lostock Rangers 5-1 away. Goalless @ half time,the 2nd half began with a penalty save from Adern (along w/ Lavin were excellent as stand-in keepers). After, we dominated. Goals: Bartlett ⚽️⚽️⚽️(earning him MoM), Schofield ⚽️Brown ⚽️ An excellent win!

Richmond reserves played away to Saddleworth 3Ds. Some great debuts for youngsters Hiscoke, Noupieu & Kamali. Unlucky not to clinch a win, especially given injuries, the team did well to get its 2nd clean sheet of the season - a drastic improvement on last season. MOM: Threadgold

Poynton reds U12 0 - 4 Buxton Tough morning at the office, as we lost for the 1st time this season against a Buxton side that played some good football. The result could have been worse if it hadn’t been for Kavanagh in goal who made a number of great saves. MOTM: Kavanagh 🧤

Poynton Reds U18 secured a 2-2 draw in a highly competitive game against Richmond Rovers Clarets. Both teams had chances to clinch it in the 2nd half but a draw was possibly a fair result. Goals from Norgate and Brown and MoM to Brown for a typical swashbuckling display!
