@ELRANEws & ELDA team express their great sadness at the sudden passing of Thierry Declerck. Thierry has been a Board Member (2012-2016), then VP (2016-2018). He has also been a LREC PC Member from 2012 on. He was very kind, intelligent, committed. We will miss him very dearly
