Prof Monica Gandhi on LA C/R for HIV. 17% of people in LATTITUDE study had viraemia, yet C/R was still efficacious. In Opera study those with viraemia had similar rates of VS compared to suppressed. IAS-USA now support LA C/R for people with viraemia with no other ART options.
