Getting charged as a child entry for the football on my 30th 🤝🏻

It was only just over 5 months ago that I thought this weekend would have looked very different… trust the process 🍂🍃

A strong run of 3 games for the 17s 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 squad and great to see a number of jambos both involved in the squad as well as impacting on games 🇱🇻 great effort from all 👏🏻

Great signs for the academy as more players continue to get first team opportunities 👏🏻 Milly has grafted hard over the last 5 years in the academy and this opportunity is more than deserved ⚽️🇱🇻

Its been a great learning experience getting to spend 7 days delivering sessions and discussing with coaches from all over the country/world ⚽️

A brilliant achievement from Erin at only 16 but not surprising in the slightest 👏🏻🇱🇻 an incredible career ahead of her ⚽️

Jumping out retirement for my first 90m in a long time has me needing a bath, bed and a couple cocodamol 🥲 recovery at 30 is not like that at 20 🤢

To see a local girl who’s a fan of our mens team, played for our womens team, has her name on the tunnel wall and has been so successful… is great. In my eyes she’s an inspiration to all the young girls who play in the Falkirk womens pathway.

Really enjoyable experience last Saturday to speak in Falkirk FC hospitality. Exposure for the girls game in any way is always a positive, and to talk about it at your local club that you’ve supported for a long time and started your football journey in is the best bonus ⚽️

Crawling back out of retirement for the 8486th time and I’ve only gotten injured twice… in three games 🫡🥲
