Ten years ago today, we arrived in Eastbourne,and we've loved every minute, we miss our friends back in Manchester, and we (me esp) are getting old. Me back hurts, me knees hurt, I can never find me glasses......ah well.

I am honoured to be representing the Lord Lieutenant at Tameside Armed Forces Day in Victoria Park, Denton on 28th June. The event is always worth attending - live music, entertainment, lots of things to do - and a chance to say thank you to our services. 1pm-4pm.

Andrew has been with us for ten days, he is off back to New Zealand shortly. He took us out for a lovely lunch today, the old folks will miss you. God speed son. xx

There are some actors I could never tire of watching. One of these is Andrew Buchan, he brings something special to everything he does. I was in This England, and so was he, we never met.

You see before you an 83 year old man posing like a kid. Today’s my birthday, ‘If I’d have known I was gonna live this long, I’d have taken better care of myself’.

My genius friend made me this. I play it before my talks, each pic plays the theme tune, I show the clips that I am in. I get nostalgic, so does my audience.I'm just about done, so have a look, It may be the last time. Fifty years, crikey.
