📈 #Wetlands are Earth’s largest natural source of methane, but how they respond to warming has remained unclear – until now. Berkeley Lab scientists found that wetland emissions in higher latitudes have increased 9% since 2002. Learn more: bit.ly/3OJssp4 NatureClimate

Excited to share our new paper which is featured as the cover of NatureClimate. nature.com/articles/s4155… We found a significant increasing trend of Boreal-Arctic wetland CH4 emissions during the past two decades, which is driven by warming and vegetation activity.
