"If a coach holds you accountable, it's because they care more about your future than your feelings." @DaveAnderson100 Accountability is the ultimate form of belief in your potential. The best players don’t avoid it; they seek it. Demand to be pushed not pampered.

“We don't become you. You become us." Great teams don’t adapt to individuals. Individuals adapt to the standard. The culture is built. The standard is set. You either buy in, or you don’t belong.

“We don’t love leaders by example because leaders by example are guys that just do what they’re told to do, do everything their asked but they don’t say things when their teammates aren’t reaching a standard. We need more leaders. Guys that are willing to hold their teammates

2. Be the CRO "My job is not to be the CEO, it's the CRO. That's the Chief Reminder Officer to remind everybody of our standard every day." Success starts with clarity of purpose. Players and coaches know the expectations so standards don’t slip. Accountability is constant.

4. Standards over Circumstances "Where do you think most people are?" "The mountain of average. I ain't interested in that." The expectations never change. • They want to be in the 1%. • They set non-negotiables and work to that standard. It means living to the standard.

Players don’t need sugarcoating. They need truth tellers. Spoken with love, belief, and high standards. The best coaches tell the truth. Even when it’s hard. Jon Scheyer GOLD🥇
