Hello Barclays Bank One of your customers is still using my residential address as their residential address when applying for BTL mortgages. I reported this to you the last time it happened. How is it possible for them to be doing that if you are carrying out due diligence?

Credit where credit is due, Barclays UK Help have done a pretty good job of getting this sorted for me, driven on by very responsive social media customer service managers. All resolved now. It is appreciated.
