OMG, never been treated so disgustingly as I did today, in your shop in Temple Fortune, NW11 Costa Coffee . The guy serving me (name witheld) was agressive and rude and was swearing under his breath, all because I asked for an extra marshmellow to go into my daughters hot choc.
