What a week - poorly patients needing extra care to stay safe, an unfinished to-do list, brain ache from learning, a triggering colleague - the list goes on. I've gone into this weekend feeling like I've not done enough! 😩 🫣😜

I got a call from a patients husband, she is now end of life, he didn't need me to do anything, he just wanted to hear my voice! It made me think what a few simple words of love, care & comfort can do to ease the difficult path ahead, they are in my thoughts tonight 😢

Today....the Eastleigh 10k....knocked 1min off my last year time - running with some of the most fabulous ladies in my life, supporting each other to finish and we did it! ❤️ 🤗🤗
