Stunning presentation by Elizabeth M. C. Hillman at #FOM2023 of swept confocally-aligned planar excitation (SCAPE) microscopy. Very fast 3D live imaging of flies, worms, zebrafish, mice and even a clinical version for imaging fresh human tissues during surgery. Wow.
