Teens are having a tougher time for one big reason, lack of faith in who they are! They’re growing up in the digital age. We give them phones yet undermine their actions & ideas if they’re tech related We blame tech but it’s a cop out ⁦New York Times Opinion⁩ nytimes.com/2023/02/18/opi…

#AI will used to stop hate on #AFL players. Good idea? Yes but .. - can't pick up context/subtleties in insults - can be bias & overly pickup on a cultural group - can monitor direct messages - there’s no stopping creating new words that are insulting and go under the radar

Would you allow a train ticket inspector to scan your credit card and check that you paid for your train journey? Two people in my train carriage just said no! Privacy has become a massive issue but it has also opened up new issues. #privacy #onlinesafety

We love to reveal who in Australia is playing games, why they are playing them (spoiler alert – games are fun) & break down some of the myths about players. It's always a lively discussion with great questions from the audience.

Presenting lots of keynotes over the next few weeks. Love this!! This week’s talk is on the decisions children make themselves regarding cybersafety when they don’t ask an adult for help. Such an important topic if we want to support them in ways that actually help.
