The world has changed a lot since we started working on our new FAPRI-MU baseline in January. Tomorrow's report will talk a bit about some of the changes.

The FAPRI-MU baseline outlook is out at fapri.missouri.edu. While much has changed since the baseline was prepared, I don't think the outlook for farm program costs would change much if we were doing a new snapshot today.
