THIS. I have seen too many patients OVER managed for "cannot rule out ectopic", "cannot rule out ovarian cancer", "cannot rule out hyperplasia" because OBGYNs are scared of missing something secondary to the radiologist's vagueness in their statement "cannot be excluded".
