Feels aren’t found only through drill work. A lot of our guys get it from testing a variety of movements that feel athletic and unique to their mechanical flaws while on the mound. Drills are the rough draft. What you FEEL in them becomes the walk to your finished product.

Remember there is a difference between arm care and recovery. Arm care should be treated like a mini lift for the structures that surround the shoulder and elbow. Have to recover from arm care too. Hydrate, Eat, Sleep, Repeat.

It’s not about the next crazy gimmick out there or the “new drill” that was created for social media. Water bags, PVC’s, weighted balls, pulldowns, j-bands, crossovers, long toss, Trackman, etc. All pieces of the puzzle, but none are the missing piece.

It’s not about the talent, it’s about the drive. There are a lot of talented guys who have ZERO desire to improve. Those who may not be at the status they want, but work like a horse, will eventually achieve something great and do something amazing.
