JBU associate professor of voice, Liesl Dromi, has been appointed faculty for the LoVetri Institute for Somatic Voicework, an elite voice training program developed by master pedagogue Jeannette LoVetri. She was one of eleven people from across the globe who were hand-picked.

Dr. Taylor Burnett returns to her home state and joins our faculty as assistant professor of chemistry. She earned her Ph.D. in chemistry from the University of Arkansas in 2021 and has taught general and organic chemistry at the University of Southern Mississippi.

Andrew White joins our faculty as assistant professor of visual arts with more than 20 years of experience in graphic design and illustration, specializing in shopper marketing, packaging and retail design. He has partnered with major brands including Disney, Walmart and Hasbro.

Congratulations to Gustavo Maida and Sofia Santana. On Saturday, June 21, they won 1st place in the ACBSP School of Thought Entrepreneurship Competition in Las Vegas. The competition received over 100 submissions and the top four teams were invited to pitch.

Neil Entwistle returns to his alma mater as assistant professor of teacher education bringing 20 years of experience in teaching and school administration. For the past decade, he has served as an elementary teacher in the Siloam Springs School District.
