We are supporters of John's Campaign and #GloriasLaw which shares similar goals to our Complex Care in Hospital campaign. Along with ILG Community we want to make sure those of us with PAs are part of any review of regulation or legislation change.

Honoured to be joined by incredible campaigners from Rights For Residents, John's Campaign and Care Rights UK for my debate on maintaining contact in care settings. Their tireless advocacy, often fuelled by personal grief, has sustained a powerful call for change. #GloriasLaw

Dan Carden John's Campaign Thank you Dan for all you and your team continue to do to support us. Whilst it is hard for many of us to keep on repeating what our loved ones went through, it is vital that we get #GloriasLaw, the legal right to maintain contact #CareSupporter #RightsForResidents

The UK Covid-19 Inquiry is an opportunity for crucial change within social care as well as examining the failures of the past. Our hearts are with the bereaved families of all the UK nations. We pledge to support them & do all we can to ensure that every moment is well used.

Can we suggest Stephen Kinnock , if you are in a listening mood, that you pass #GloriasLaw - the legal right for all to have a #CareSupporter in any health or care setting - or is it selective listening? #RightsForResidents

This ⬇️is why we must have #GloriasLaw John's Campaign the legal right to a #CareSupporter for all in every health and care setting #RightsForResidents

Suffice to say that there aren’t enough tears for autistic people and people with learning disabilities trying to survive in a broken system and a society that doesn’t care. Rachel Reeves Keir Starmer The Labour Party

The Inquiry has heard important evidence from Prof Rayner, on behalf of National Care Forum, that advice issued to the care sector by the Government during the pandemic was inadequate, inaccurate and unsuitable. Yet more evidence that the Care Sector was an afterthought.

Both tommy dunne BEM 💙 who lives with #dementia, and Andrew Swindells, a #carer for his mum, sat down together in a local pub for an honest conversation about dementia. 💬 You can watch their full conversation here: youtube.com/watch?v=gXdGi8…
