In the afternoon Peter Reuter from the University of Maryland joined us online for a session about the causes, consequences and control of illicit financial flows.🌐

For our last presentation of the day we are learning about visualization techniques from Ash Leber from the Basel Institute on Governance 📊

In the second session John Collins established a historical overview of international drug policy responses and how they can be understood within the framework of macroeconomics.

After their presentations, the panelists of the day answered an array of questions on drug policy in Latin America, drug testing facilities, and drug seizures.
