Just left the Senate after voting a hard NO on the “one big, beautiful bill.” I will never support a bill that uses Medicare, Medicaid or SNAP cuts to pay for tax cuts for billionaires.

This blueprint sets the foundation for cuts to Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, and other critical federal programs—no other way for $1.5 TRILLION in cuts without doing so. Exactly why I voted a hard NO in the Senate.

This is truly appalling. Profoundly grateful that Governor Josh Shapiro and his family are unharmed, and grateful for the police and first responders for their quick actions. Whoever did this must be held to the fullest extent of the law.

Nearly 300k Pennsylvanians would lose Medicaid coverage. Pennsylvania families would see a rise in energy costs up to $1200. Domestic manufacturing tax credits would be rolled back and the U.S. would lose $50 billion. And now this massive deficit added. Once again, I am a NO.

It’s not a talking point that we need to fight for Medicaid—it’s truly a matter of saving lives. This little dude comes from one of the most 🔴 counties, and his story is one of millions.

I am unapologetically pro-immigration. I also want strong and secure borders for our great country. Ending birthright citizenship is not the way to address any serious issue. The Constitution must be upheld.

Not one single Democrat will vote for the “big beautiful bill.” I’m here to vote on these amendments and keep the ball rolling. I’m a HARD NO on the final bill and won’t support cutting Medicaid, SNAP or adding up to $5T to our national debt.

One big issue (of many): adversaries like China are buying up land near our military installations. This is a common sense bill with Pete Ricketts to make sure we protect our country, our farmers, and our food.

Every kid gets hungry. Every kid deserves a meal. Every kid deserves an education. I’ve always maintained that school lunch should be free AND absolutely free of any judgment. Feed our kids, not your biases.
