#49ers QB Brock Purdy suffered a left shoulder injury and a toe injury in Sunday’s win. Coach Kyle Shanahan said the toe is worse than the shoulder and his status will be determined later in the week.

In addition: TE George Kittle is out multiple weeks with a hamstring injury, while the team is doing a CT scan on Jauan Jennings to make sure his shoulder is OK.
