The team will be supported by the Joint Helicopter Support Squadron (JHSS) Joint Helicopter Support Sqn who are responsible for the rigging of underslung loads, management of landing sites and passengers, they are essential to the delivery the Chinook capabilities.

The Chinook Role Demonstration Team has received approval from Station Commander RAF Odiham, Group Captain Roberts for the 2024 season, with the first show of the season coming on Sunday at RAF Cosford Air Show.
