Just saw Paris + Juliet and can’t recommend it enough. Charlie Day is an exceptional performer, truly a joy to watch. His incisive wit is laugh-out-loud funny and deeply heartfelt — I was laughing one minute, wiping away tears the next. If you get the chance, go see it! 🎭

16 weeks till term 2 of uni starts, so it's back to the gym for me. A very successful leg day. 💪🏻

Well I just received some cool news. A radio production I worked on is going to be played on BBC Radio this Saturday. 😁

Had an unforgettable weekend at the Monster Voice Masterclass by The Monster Factory hosted by the wonderful team at OMUK. Two days of diving into extreme vocal stunt work, vocal health techniques & building a zombie choir.🧟‍♂️ Here’s a clip of me unleashing my barbarian rage! 😡

It's leg day again and already the weights I used last week aren't enough. I can still walk! 🤙🏻 My next goal is to slowly introduce a few calisthenics exercises to help me develop more dynamic movement strength. 😁

I know that 'the algorithm' loves it when I post every day, especially if I want to see any traction in growth, but I'm glad that I'm not permanently glued to social media these days. I'm enjoying being focused, especially with the luxury of having my Gym all to myself! 😁

Oof, my clutch cable snapped on my way home. That wasn't very fun. 😬

Just finished another 1-to-1 session with Tanya Rich. She’s incredible to work with face to face — her intuition and experience have been hugely helpful in my development. It’s still early days, but hearing her say I “have a bright future” really means a lot. 😁

On Monday the clutch cable on my motorcycle snapped. The local garage claimed they couldn't source a new cable for the bike. So I went and bought a similar cable and fitted it myself for only £18. My local garage saved me a good amount of money with their laziness. 😁

Unfortunately, due to the snapped clutch cable, I had to skip a day at the Gym. But I made up for it today by spending two hours training instead and now I'm listening to the Vengabus! 😛

It's all about practice! At around age 9, my brother taught me how to 'be REALLY annoying', by showing me how to do an Ingressive Screech. Now, with many years of 'being annoying' under my belt, I find that I can sustain it a long time with much less discomfort. He'd be proud.
