Jonah Butler, has been named a 2025 Mr. Basketball Finalist in Kentucky as well as the 1st Region Player of the Year by the KABC. Jonah will receive his POY award at halftime of the 11:00 AM Sweet 16 quarterfinal game at Rupp Arena on Friday March 28th.

.Jonah Butler slammed home Calloway Co. Boys BB’s first basket of the game to set the tone that the Lakers would not be denied their regional title this year, defeating the Marshals 73-56. The senior had 24 points in the title game.
