We demonstrated no significant effect of 12 weeks med. grade CBD (20-30 mg/daily) on OA or PsA pain when compared to placebo journals.lww.com/pain/Abstract/…. I wonder - How much of the variance is explained by increased physical activity and how much is due to fatloss. Some clinicians and patients think that PA has failed if no decrees in weight is seen..

Been involved in guidelines myself. Often more of a compromise than hardcore evidence. Especially when different occupations are involved.
