With everything that is happening/happened in Texas, we can't forget about the huge damage in North Carolina from #Chantal.

More than 100 roads washed out in North Carolina from #TropicalStorm #Chantal over the weekend. This was shot yesterday (Monday) and nearly 20 of those roads are major roads in NC.

More flooding, this time in New Mexico. They picked up more than 2" in an old burn scar which lead to this.

Now that the 'unaccounted for' has gone up in Texas, unfortunately, we may see our death toll double. As of this writing, this non-tropical-flash-flood event is top 5 in documented US history with the chance of sliding into top 3. The Weather Channel

The flooding these last 7 days is insane. Texas, North Carolina, Chicago, and now New Mexico....Ruidoso saw extreme rainfall right over their burn scar which lead to this.

The lakes surrounding the flooding in Texas continue to rise with all of that runoff.
