Today is World #AutismAwareness Day! At SAP, we are proud of our workplace environment that fosters the uniqueness of every individual. It’s each person’s unique sets of skills, experiences, and talents that are key to our ability to innovate and understand our customers.

People with autism have a right to education and employment on an equal basis with others. We must ensure that a long disruption caused by the #COVID19 crisis does not result in rollbacks of the rights they have worked so hard to advance.

@sap led the business world in 2013 when we launched our #AutismatWork program. Neurodiversity and my colleagues in the program make @sap better and make me better. Colleagues like Nicolas Neumann who we just recently announced as the winner of the Hasso Plattner Founders’ Award.
