Doing my best to restrain myself from paying $300 for this decade-old X-Carve on FB marketplace, just to refurbish it and re-home it (I don't have any shop space for it). Please help.

alright, so this piece I'm working on is the center WIDTH of the Falcon - it'll be about twice this long front to back, when finished. I've circled one of the ends of this part, in a later assembly step. Wowsah! Uncle Jessy Joel Telling - 3D Printing Nerd ✋

ok what's the latest wisdom on cardboard spools in BL AMS? Do they still want you to use rings? I'm having some momentary regrets about my K2 Plus, but one thing I have LOVED, is the flawless CFS units and their superior rollers and restrainment for cardboard spools.

200% UCS Falcon update - step 72 out of 1379 -This is about 2/3rds of the internal structure before the feet get attached - I maxed out my kitchen scale - 4.5kg/10lbs - smallest official LEGO Falcon for scale (it's sitting on the part, look close) - Uncle Jessy Joel Telling - 3D Printing Nerd ✋

Is anyone evaluating Bondtech INDX on a VORON Design Trident? I tried out Stealthchanger and was underwhelmed, but I think INDX on a Trident (no gantry vertical movement) might be ideal - I have a doom cube frame I could Frankenstein into a Trident-ish setup maybe.

I do NOT recommend anyone try this level of build, ever. Please just enjoy me being in your feed and taking the damage instead. If I didn’t have the plier wrench u would have given up already.

step 103 out of 1379 - I'm still on the first "bag" of the instructions! Everything looks miniature in the photo but that's a two-foot / 600mm wide table, and a 350-sized Doomcube (chunky Voron 2.4) that's hiding behind it.
