Unpopular opinion: Talent gets too much credit. The real difference-makers? Teammates who bring energy, effort, and accountability every single day. Give me those players all day.

🚨HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES🚨 Stop showing up to sessions not having eaten. Stop showing up with JUST a Poland Springs water bottle. You are not helping yourself. You want to be a starter or high level athlete, prepare like one.

Avoiding disastrous decions and devastating errors is more crucial to success than talent or brilliance. Because talent and brilliance will not save you from the consequences of a disastrous decision.

Had an amazing day at Chris Sailer Kicking kicking camp with Coach Jax / Rogue Kicking hosting it. I won the punt comp into the wind. My FG’s were great in warmups but in the LMS I hit my first bad ball of the day just left. My KO’s are getting better hitting 62 and 64 in comp Josh Montzingo

Being a great teammate means you are just as happy about your teammate's success as you are your own success. Great teams have great teammates.
