3 school days to go & then my first year as SENCO done! What a whirlwind. Ending with 111 EHCPs, & had to do a complete re-structure for September so it’s been busy, but apart from feeling very tired, feeling content. Here’s a cactus a student made that he gave me on Friday! 😍

Planning for the new school year started many weeks ago to get ready for the new cohort. A SENCO always works ahead - already carrying out tours and consultations for September 2026. I’ll be in for a week or so over the summer to tie up last bits and finish getting things ready!
