VVZ-149 is a novel, non-opioid, non-NSAID analgesic drug: It inhibits type 2 glycine transporter & type 2A serotonin receptor. In this phase 3 trial, VVZ-149 showed a significant reduction of pain and opioid use within the first 12h after surgery. 🔗doi.org/10.1016/j.jcli…
