What a perfect for crown green bowling with Rob from Gladstone Bowling Club We had plenty of laughs & we all did quite well too with over 3 miles of walking & plenty of steps in the two hours of playing. Thanks to Rob & the guys. Next event is on 31st July. Until then👍

We had a great turn out today at Social Club. Exciting plans to follow so watch this space. Tomorrow, we have our Birkenhead Walkie Talkie at 11am 🕚 & Community Garden 🪴 Club at 1pm. These will be weather dependent rain ☔️ but we will keep you all updated.

We started this morning with our Birkenhead ‘Urban Walk’ & the weather 🌦️ started getting warmer. Afterwards, we headed to our four garden plots and the sun ☀️ come out for our men whilst they worked hard. What a great day in our wonderful community.

Due to the rain 🌧️ today we have added an extra Social Club in Pensby from 12.30. This replaces Community Garden Club. The mini bus 🚌 will be leaving Hamilton Square at midday 🕛. Let’s keep dry & let’s get together & support each other See you there guys.

Brunch Club is underway with plenty of our men in attendance. Who say’s that men ‘Don’t’ talk as we have plenty of great conversations & laughs a plenty. Have a great weekend guys. 👍

Yesterday, we finished our Garden Art Class & we also tended our four garden plots as well. The garden was so peaceful yesterday & it’s a perfect place to enhance your overall wellbeing. We are back at the garden on Wednesday & Thursday so come and join us.

Social Club is today from midday at The Hope Centre in Pensby guys. Mini bus 🚌 will be leaving Hamilton Square at 11.30. Cannot wait to see you all there👍👍💪💪

What a great Social Club we had today in Pensby. There was plenty of music, brews, laughs, support & chip butties 🥪 from Pensby Fish Bar. We even welcomed our new member, Chris, to the JourneyMEN family. Tomorrow it is our Walkie Talkie & Community Garden events.

What a great day we had in our wonderful community with our men. Today’s Walkie Talkie event was at the historic Bidston Nature Reserve with spectacular views. We then went to our Community Garden Club and met up with Birkenhead Park friends. See you all again tomorrow guys
